introductory
So this is me, starting yet another blog. In this case, this blog will function as a partner blog of sorts with duskthroughnarrowstreets.wordpress.com, although the actual content will never be the same. Both will focus on travel, largely because I spent two weeks in Turkey this summer and am currently studying at the University of East Anglia in the United Kingdom for the fall 2008 semester. Normally I live in Alaska, where my home college is the University of Alaska Anchorage. I’m also hoping to do a decent amount of traveling around Europe while I’m here–ideally, I’d visit all the cities on a rather long list, which means Paris, Barcelona, Rome, the Vatican, Vienna, Prague, Amsterdam, Berlin, and possibly others. I wouldn’t really argue with visiting other countries, either, because I have so far visited exactly three (Canada was it before this summer). If I’m lucky and figure out how to plan all this, then, it should turn into quite the international blog.
Right now, though, I’m still figuring today.com out. Every new blog has a bit of a learning curve.
