Hello, I found your site though Google as it is related to my own travel site. I wanted to ask if you would be interested in a link exchange as I have some high ranking travel blogs many with a PageRank of 3 or more.

I have a list of my sites here: http://www.migranchile.com/mysites.html

I have been swapping links for while now and have found it very beneficial to search engine rankings for everyone. If you are interested just mail me back and I can show you my sites and hopefully give you some links asap.

Thanks for your time.

I honestly don't know--mine won't expire for like 10 years, so it'll be a while before I find out. Hope so.

Well it is kind of crazy...but I'm sure you'll pack in as much as possible.
Quite the places to go - you're quite the traveler :)

Vienna...oh, would love to visit there someday. Not so much the others, but given the chance...hm.

Passport stamps, yay! Just out of curiosity..do you get to keep your passport when it expires? So you can keep the stamps?

Awww, it is adorable! Now, come on, what's her name? :D

Given a lot of the countries on your list I am slightly concerned about you being eaten by vampires. And I am vastly, vastly jealous that you get to see Vienna.

I understand about being grateful for temps above 40. (I'll admit, I had to convert it to Celsius :)
Breakup sounds like a most horrid transition time, I'm glad it's almost over for you!

And sun...sun! That needs to cheering, it's almost a cheer unto itself.

Hiya!

Good blog! Good topic! Jindahl never really apologized for that nitwith comment either. Furthermore, the $140 million wasn't just for monitoring - it was for other volcano research. And no...Redoubt itself hasn't killed anyone, but in 89 the ash cloud brought a KLM jumbo jet from 30K feet down to 5K feet when all 4 engines flamed out due to the ash. They managed to restart a couple and land and it cost something like 80 million to fix....in 1989 dollars...more than half of the $140 million. Also, the Drift River oil terminal which lies on the other side of Cook Inlet got flooded due to meltwater from the volcano and the clean up was quite expensive. This year on at least one occasion workers had to take shelter.

The pic links were great. I tend to think that the one you ID'd as Hawaii is Mt. Etna in Italy - do a google image search for Mt Etna volcano - there are a few that are quite similar. Also, the one you ID'd as Mt. Redoubt is Mt. St. Helens in WA I am pretty sure - again, try a google image search and you will find some very similar to that one. In both cases you may need to go to the 2nd or third page to
find the pics.

Um...I think you need to do a blog on how weird and just plain wrong Euro toilets are!

I can totally feel the history bleeding from the buildings too :) I've not been to Norwich, only to London a few times, and once I took the trip to Stonehenge (a magnificent, moving experience - I NEED to go back!). I love the cobblestones of old towns too :) Plenty of that in Switzerland too. It's so nice to read about how your soul drank in England. I do hope you manage to go back one day.

(Sorry I'm a little late doing the rounds of World Blog Surf Day!)

Cheers,

Love your description of Europe as the age making it magical. I never did feel compelled to visit England, but I think now I do!
